The Lodge at Pine Cove is a 5-room B&B high in the San Jacinto Mountains at 6200 feet, just minutes from the beautiful mountain village of Idyllwild. Romantic packages. Wonderful private getaway.

Bed and Breakfast Description

The building's history dates back more than 100 years to when it was once the center of Pine Cove, serving at various times as a market, a gathering place for the residents drawn to the area by the timber industry, the Pine Cove Lodge, and most recently, a coffee house and restaurant.

All five of our Guest rooms at The Lodge at Pine Cove are furnished with comfortable country charm and an at-home feel. All have private baths. Most have private entrances, and some have quiet decks overlooking the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains. All rooms include a small refrigerator, VCR and cable TV, and an assortment of coffee, teas, and hot chocolate. Rates include a full breakfast each day.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Over 20 miles of hiking trails and two lakes for fishing are within 20 minutes. Idyllwild is a large artist community, and home to the world famous Idyllwild Arts Academy. The village of Idyllwild contains no traffic signals, and no chain restaurants.

The Tahquitz Room: Decorated in soft pink with green accents, this bright and airy room features a queen bed, a private bath with shower, and a private entrance onto a quiet deck at the back of the lodge, with northeast views towards Mount San Jacinto.

The San Jacinto Room: Decorated in pastel yellows and greens, this spacious room features a queen bed, a private bath with tub/shower, and a private entrance onto a quiet deck facing slightly more south towards Idyllwild.
