Bed and Breakfast Description

Rhinebeck, New York bed and breakfast: Stone Church Road B&B

The Stone Church Road Bed and Breakfast is a country cape style house, set on 8 acres of rolling lawns and woods. It sits on the hill overlooking the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome, which has air shows mid-June to mid-October on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Guests can enjoy the peace and quiet of the country (except during air shows). The center of Rhinebeck is only 10 minutes south. The Village has many historic buildings, antique shops, and fine restaurants.

The house has been decorated with the comfort of our guests in mind. Each guest room has a queen size bed, air conditioner, ceiling fan, antique tables, a hair dryer, fresh flowers, and a lovely view. The beds have colorful comforters and are made up with crisply ironed linens.

In addition to the four guest rooms upstairs, there is a large common room where we offer Ping Pong, board games, satellite TV and a VCR, and a library. This is also the room where breakfast is served unless, weather permitting, guests prefer to eat on the patio. Breakfast is served beginning at 8 am for early risers and anytime after that for those who sleep later, coffee and tea beginning at 7 am and includes baked goods, fresh fruit, and a main course. Guests enjoy gathering in this room to play games or just visit. There is a refrigerator stocked with water and sift drinks, a cookie jar on top filled with fresh baked cookies, and a microwave oven. It is ideal for small groups or family get-togethers.
