The Sanford House Inn and Spa is a luxurious Boutique Hotel located in historic downtown Arlington, Texas (nestled between Dallas and Fort Worth) with 12 elegant accommodations, which include 4 one-bedroom cottage suites, 2 two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas, and 6 spacious manor house rooms. A full breakfast is included with all overnight stays. Homemade cookies are customary in your room on arrival.

The Executive Chef creates and directs all dining menus. We are open to the public for lunch Weds. through Sat. 11 am to 2 pm with fine dining every Friday and Saturday night 6-9 pm (reservations required). The Van Gogh Bar and Lounge is open 4-8 pm on Thursday through Saturday with a bar menu during those hours.

The Award Winning Sanford Spa & Salon is a stunning venue where men and women can experience an abundant selection of salon and spa services. The professional technicians are available Tuesdays-Saturdays to provide all personal care services.

Escape the ordinary when you book your private party, reception, wedding, corporate event, or meeting at The Sanford House. Private rooms can be reserved for groups up to 60 in the Manor House. The Grand Courtyard is an ideal space for weddings and receptions up to 250 guests. All catering is prepared and executed by the Executive Chef. Full bar and fine wine selections are also available.

Located 1 mile from the entertainment district in Arlington and 3 blocks north of Historic Downtown Arlington, The Sanford House provides instant access to the the highlights of Arlington. The Rangers BallPark and magnificent Cowboys stadium are five minutes away and Theater Arlington and Johnnie High's Country Review offer exciting shows on weekend evenings. Just down the street is the Levitt Pavilion, which offers 50 free concerts a year in the spring and fall, and is a great way to experience the culture of Downtown Arlington.

Most Popular Rooms:

The Cottages are the most popular rooms among our guests. Each Cottage Suite has a California King-size sleigh bed, a two-person Jacuzzi with a stand-alone shower, and a fireplace. Complimentary WiFi is also available.

Newly added to the property, the Villas offer accommodations for four. The suites are two-bedroom, two-bathroom, and share a common area. Flat screen tvs are in each room as is access to complimentary WiFi.
