Charming country inn built in 1885. All guestrooms are individually decorated, some with woodburning fireplaces, all with private bathrooms & TVs.

Bed and Breakfast Description

West Dover, Vermont bed and breakfast: Deerfield Valley Inn

The Deerfield Valley Inn was built by John Davis in 1885 from lumber worked in his waterwheel mill located across the street. It was the last such home built in West Dover, and the first guest inn in the Mount Snow area.

The Inn still has much of the original wax rubbed ash encasements and millwork. Over the years, new wings were added to the original building. You will find the Inn on the National Register of Historic Places.

Imagine... you don't have to travel all the way to Europe to enjoy the hospitality it is famous for! You can find it right here, in the heart of the Green Mountains at the Deerfield Valley Inn, a bed and breakfast in Southern Vermont.

Come and enjoy our country breakfasts and daily afternoon tea. In order to enjoy the true treasures of the Inn - come and visit us for an experience you will remember for a long time, and look forward to renewing time and time again.
