Sonoma Orchid Inn is little more than an hour's drive north of San Francisco, in the wild and lush Russian River Valley.

Located between the city of Santa Rosa and the Sonoma Coast, the Inn is well situated near wineries, the Russian River, critically acclaimed restaurants and many recreational activities.

Guests are amazed at just how much there is to see and do here - and to be able to make day trips back to the City, to Napa Valley and to Mendocino without spending hours in travel time.

Most Popular Rooms:

Powder Blue Spruce Room: Once the master bedroom of the Ridenhour home, and very romantic. The pewter queen bed set is in an alcove with a view of the forest. The extra long tub is perfect for bubble baths.

Hawthorn Cottage: Light and spacious, it boasts a king size bed, gas stove, two overstuffed chairs and window seat overlooking the forest and garden. Satellite TV with Tivo/VCR/DVD.
