Acorn Hollow is only 2 hours away from NYC, 1 hour from Long Island's Islip MacArthur Airport, 20 minutes from the Orient Ferry to New England and within a one mile walking distance of picturesque Southold village, the Long Island RR station, Hampton Jitney bus stop, beautiful Jockey Creek with a view of Shelter Island and Goose Creek Beach on breathtaking Southold Bay. Upon arrival you will be greeted by your hosts, Robert & Mary Ann Skoblicki, who invite you to share refreshments after your journey. Acclimate to the warmth of the B&B during a tour of the parlor and dining room, accented by lovely and comfortable country furnishings.
Each of our three guest rooms has its own private bathroom, terry robes, central air conditioning, plush pillow top mattresses, luxurious linens and towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, ice bucket, champagne glasses, wine glasses, bottle opener, clock radio and a common guest refrigerator with complimentary bottled spring water. Some rooms have whirlpool tubs and fireplaces for added ambience. Turn down service is provided.
Each morning a scrumptious, full, candlelight breakfast is served. Awaken to the chef's choice of specialties such as pecan French toast, whole wheat Belgian waffles, lemon ricotta pancakes, two cheese salsa omelets, bacon onion quiche and hot buttermilk biscuits. Special dietary needs can be accommodated.
Concierge service is provided to arrange winery excursion tours, luxurious spa treatments and fine dining.
