 Breakfast is served in the log house's fully weatherized dining room. An outstanding, multi-course, all-you-can-eat breakfast will delight you each morning from 8:30-9:30 am. For those guests who can play the organ, we have a beautiful antique converted pump organ. Relax on porches overlooking hills and fields and enjoy beautiful antique furnishings and quilts. And best of all, we are open year 'round. Our lovely new pool and hot tub are ready for the whole family's enjoyment. Hill country, fresh air and country elegance, what more could you want? Area Attractions and Activities: Come to our area and enjoy all the wonderful things Texas has to offer. For the family, tube or raft on one of our beautiful rivers or enjoy a variety of water sports on Canyon Lake. Schlitterbahn, a world famous water park is within minutes of Acorn Hill. Shop at our boutiques and antique shops, or power shop at the nearby San Marcos Outlet Mall. We have wonderful restaurants that will satisfy anyone's appetite. Visit the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch or enjoy cave exploring at the Natural Bridge Caverns. Take a train ride through Landa Park and swim in one of its beautiful pools. For the golfer, there are many golf courses that will satisfy the most discriminating golfer. Nearby Gruene, the historic district of New Braunfels, offers many restaurants, shops and of course Gruene Hall, were local and world famous musicians come to perform. San Antonio is just a short 45 minutes away and there you can enjoy the River Walk, Alamo, Fiesta Texas and Sea World. Here you will find wooden furniture and lovely antiques. The large tiled bathroom features a Jacuzzi bathtub surrounded by lovely imported tile. Texas charm abounds in our Texas Sunset Suite. This suite features a king-size pillow top bed in the bedroom and a private bath with a shower. The sitting room features a queen-size futon and a full kitchen.
