Each of the seven uniquely decorated suites features a private patio or balcony, comfortable sitting area, TV, VCR, CD player and Internet access.

Sit back, relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast and complimentary refreshments in the tropical garden while taking in a spectacular waterfront vista.

Seabreeze Manor is centrally located in the trendy artist community of Gulfport and is perfect for all occasions: business travelers seeking the comforts of home, single travelers, couples celebrating special events, weddings and reunions.

Getting married, we can accommodate weddings for up to 100 in our gorgeous tropical garden. Enter from the second story balcony and dance under the stars - perfect setting for your perfect day. If it is just the two of you we can accommodate a private ceremony just for you. We also celebrate commitment ceremonies.

If you like to travel with your puppy, we have two cottages that are doggie friendly and there are lots of places to take Fido. If you are an avid bicyclist, we are just off the Pinellas Trail. If you are a nature enthusiast we have a nature trail and kayak tours or you can learn to sail.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Gulfport has it all: shopping, fine dining, dancing at the Casino ballroom, a theater, white sandy beach and a fishing pier. Within minutes of the Gulf Beaches and St. Petersburg you can enjoy boat rides, museums, amusement parks and much more. Where in Florida can you be on the waterfront and within walking distance to over 20 shops and restaurants? Only in Gulfport. This old Florida fishing village is now a quirky bohemian art village. On 1st Fridays and 3rd Saturdays enjoy Art Walk with live music on the streets and local vendors selling their wares. At the Sea Breeze Manor you can sit on your private balcony and toast the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. If you travel with your dog we have two cottages that are puppy friendly. This relaxed tropical themed B&B has all the amenities. Each suite has a private bath, a private inside sitting area and either a private balcony or patio. Enjoy breakfast on the waterview patio while watching for dolphins.

Jamaica: Features a king bed with a feather topper. Your private balcony provides you with a gorgeous view of Boca Ciega Bay - you also have that view from the bathtub! The suite has all the amenities of home.

Key Largo Cottage: Features a private entrance, private patio with a beautiful view of Boca Ciega Bay - even from the inside platform bed.
