Bed and Breakfast Description

For the past seven years we have opened our home to visitors from near and far, and hope that you will make plans to stay with us in the near future.

It is with great pleasure that we have welcomed guests from the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Mexico and Japan. Guests also include many local residents that wish to "getaway" without leaving town. Come stay with us whether your plans are for business or pleasure.

Our tastefully decorated guestrooms with queen size beds and private baths offer all the charm of the Victorina era. Come and relax by the fire in one of two guest livingrooms or enjoy the use of your full size hot tub year round.

At Bellinger Rose Bed & Breakfast guests may enjoy a variety of experiences in the common rooms. These common rooms include: our Victorian living room with vintage player grand piano, the massage room for that special late evening massage, our sunroom complete with a five person hot tub, our dining room to meet and chat with other guests, and our stone patio, complete with, flower gardens, fountains, pond and waterfall.

There are many things to do while visiting the area, which may include: Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, Adirondack Park, Erie Barge Canal, Glimmerglass Opera, Farmer's Museum, Herkimer Diamond Mines, Utica Zoo, Saranac Brewery Tour, Turning Stone Casino, or visiting one of the many nearby colleges.

Brookwood Park is located across the street where you may take a quiet walk year round. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing is available locally. Boating, canoeing, kayaking is available on the Erie Barge Canal.

Most Popular Rooms:

Tiffany Rose Room: This spacious room is highlighted by a queen sized brass bed and a private bath. The sitting area includes an overstuffed antique chair and a Tiffany style lamp. The room is further accented with a ten foot ceiling.

Victorian Rose Room: This gracious room boasts a queen sized brass bed and private bath with glass corner shower. The antiques include a marble topped dresser, fine oak chairs in the sitting area, large mirrors, and walnut dresser.
