1 Murray House has been chosen as one of the best B&Bs on the eastern seaboard by her guests and Arrington's Bed & Breakfast Journal.

Murray House has lovely guest rooms with queen size beds, (2 beds are canopied) private baths and best of all, private outside entrances & patios. Guests may have a gourmet breakfast served either in your room or on your private patio area. We have a lovely small Koi pond surrounded by gardens. Nice!

Your charmingly decorated theme room has a TV, VCR, A/C and fans. A small bistro table & chairs is there for your convenience. There is a small refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave and toaster. Your outside, private entrance opens to your own unique patio area with a bubbling fountain, or small Koi pond. You will never want to leave! The second level guest suite has a panoramic view of Almy Pond and a distant ocean view. There is a small deck overlooking the pool and a beautiful water view. A lovely rustic sunroom, done in wicker makes a comfortable place to: Just Relax! There are beautiful flower gardens surrounding the inground pool and hot tub.

You are a short (5 mins) walk to Bailey's beach and the famous Newport Mansions on Bellevue Avenue and the Cliff Walk. Newport Jazz, Folk & Opera Festivals are just around the corner. It's a short drive (4 mins)to downtown Newport. Walking would take about 18 minutes. You'll like it here. All creatures great and small are welcome.
