Susanna's Guest House is located on the Ohio River in the village of New Richmond, Ohio, which was once the settlement of Susanna. The original hamlet of Susanna was founded by Thomas Ashburn, who with his wife, Susanna and family, left Bolton, England in 1812 for the Ohio River Valley in the Northwest Territory. Thomas named the new hamlet Susanna in living tribute to his wife who had done so much to make their life a success.

Susanna's Guest House is an escape from the hectic pace of today. Located on the Ohio River twenty minutes from downtown Cincinnati, the Victorian Italianate architecture of the Guest House reflects the early prosperity of the Steamboat Era. This historic guest house features five well appointed bedrooms with private baths and fireplaces. All rooms are period decorated with twelve foot high ceilings that capture the experiences and warm hospitality of a by gone era.

Susanna's Guest House is on the Ohio Historic Inventory, a member of the Ohio Bed & Breakfast Association, and a member of the national B & B Organization-PAII: Professional Association Innkeepers International.
