Located on 50 wooded acres across the street from Squam Lake, setting for "On Golden Pond." Eight spacious rooms and a friendly yet professional atmosphere. Innkeepers have owned/operated for 25 years.

Bed and Breakfast Description

The Inn itself reflects the traditional charm of New England. Large, comfortable rooms decorated in country style, a 70 ft. long screened in porch, an inviting open backyard, and of course, the hypnotic crackling fire which burns in the fireplace during our cooler evenings.

Enjoy the relaxed, friendly atmosphere of the Inn On Golden Pond, one of the most enjoyable New Hampshire lodging experiences you can find.

There are eight guestrooms, two of which are two-room suites, all with private baths, air conditioning and individual heating zones. Each day you will be treated to a full breakfast featuring home-baked breads and muffins, homemade rhubarb jam, and a variety of delicious house specialties.

Porcupine Hollow: Two room suite with king bed, separate sitting room with couch and comfortable lounge chairs. Done in greens and maroons - country decor.

Deer Lodge: A spacious, sunny corner room with queen bed on the front of the Inn. Comfortable sitting area with a view to the side woods. Large bath with a full tub and a shower.
