Our best compliment is that our guest say we offer a cozy and comfortable away-from-home retreat. Families with children are welcomed in both cabin/cottages; each located in an historic district and providing full kitchens.

Old Colorado City has maintained a small town quaint area of Colorado Springs. All the area is in the shadow of Pikes Peak, America The Beautiful's Mountain! Walk to shops and dining or drive just 5 minutes to hiking and our many tourist activities.

Extended stays may be arranged with special rates in the full amenity cottages offering kitchens and more!

Our wonderful location places us near many of the most popular Tourist Attractions including The Garden of the Gods just blocks from our B&B. Hike the many trails nearby in Cheyenne Canyon and near Seven Falls and the newly opened Red Rocks Open Space. The Zoo and Will Rogers Shrine is also a favored "work out" for our many guests.

A day in Denver, Colorado, or a day in Canyon City white water rafting is an easy commute. Gambling is available for the adventurous of another nature in Cripple Creek. Driving through Woodlank Park and Divide gives you a beautiful view of the back of Pikes Peak Mountain and the Continental Divide. Beauty in spring, summer, fall with golden aspens, and winter's snow white wonderland!

Air Force Academy, Peterson Air Force Base, and Ft. Carson are all local military bases. Colleges include Colorado College, just 3-5 miles from the B&B/Special rates military.

Note our cancellation policies when reserving. Rooms have a 7-day cancellation with refund minus cancellation fee. Cottages are 30-day cancellation only minu cancellation fee. Fifty percent is due for cottages when reserving with balance due 30 days from reservationdate.
