Bed and Breakfast Description

Our tradition of excellence continues! Vicki and Greg Capp, the original innkeepers since 1982, invite you to join us to celebrate 27 years of pampering our guests. On a quiet side street four blocks to downtown Ashland, relax in the peaceful garden patio, enjoy a winter escape, awaken to great coffee, join lively conversations at a delectable breakfast, get "the best night's sleep in a long time" in a view room.
Guests from near and far have enjoyed the comfortable amenities and peaceful charm of this enduring 1905 Victorian. The Inn is a “most delightful retreat” for exploring this wonderful region of Southern Oregon or just sipping a cool drink on a hot day in the rose garden.
The Southern Oregon region is home to award winning wineries, the Rogue Creamery, and specialty chocolate producers to name a few of the ways to spend a day exploring the area.
Each day, Vicki prepares an elegant and creative breakfast. Tasty specialties such as eggs benedict, crépes, baked eggs, strawberry blintzes and fresh baked rhubarb muffins are just a few favorites gracing the morning table. Top it all off with our special house blend coffee from The Good Bean in Jacksonville, lively conversations and suggestions for things to do.
