Bed and Breakfast Description

An elegant 1915 Georgian Colonial home perched on a peaceful hill in Seattle's University district. Truly, an Urban Oasis.

Walking distance to the University of Washington and 10 minutes from the downtown area, there are many shops and restaurants near the Inn.

Furnished with antiques, soft down comforters, private baths, bottled water, comfy robes, and teddy bears. All rooms have Wireless Internet and there is a computer for guest use.

Many of our rooms offer views of the Cascade Mountains and for your convenience, all have hairdryers, irons and ironing boards. 4 rooms have porches, all have TVs, 4 are suites with a living room area, in-room refrigerator, and coffee pot. 2 have their own cozy fireplaces! 6 have AC for the summer months.

An Amazing Breakfast each morning allows you to treat yourself to fresh roasted Seattle coffee, homemade granola, fresh fruit, and an entree such as Mediterranean Quiche with seasoned potatoes, blueberry griddle cakes, or our famous Stuffed French Toast with Orange Syrup. Return to afternoon coffee, tea, and homemade cookies

The Crow's Nest Chamber: This 3rd floor hideaway has a rustic, romantic look, with its gray wood paneling and built-in bedside fireplace. Eyebrow windows over the queen antique iron bed and a dormer window view to the Cascade Mountains add to the romance.

Scallop Chamber: This spacious room features, a queen sleigh bed, private bath, a gas stove bedside fireplace, comfy sitting areas and for summer a spacious porch. Territorial and mountain views from all windows!
