The buildings surround terraced brick courtyards and impeccably manicured gardens ablaze with color—tulips, forsythia, azalea, annuals in decorative bronze urns and hanging baskets, and specimen shrubs including boxwood and topiaries.

Chaise lounges, umbrella-shaded tables, furnished cabana and a whimsical bright red English phone box are artfully arranged around the heated cascading pool and 10x15-foot in-ground whirlpool spa. Offering elegant comfortable furnishings, a sumptuous continental breakfast, meticulous twice-daily housekeeping, poolside lemonade and iced-tea service, fine wines, beers, cheese and crudity trays served for an hour each evening, turn down service with gourmet chocolates, and a professional and gracious staff, has made the Brass Key the place to stay in Provincetown.
