 Coach Stop Inn B&B was built c.1804 and is Bar Harbor’s oldest inn, originally a stagecoach stop and tavern. Stepping through the front door is truly like stepping back in time to over 200 years ago when Thomas Jefferson was president. Enjoy our country setting surrounded by antique apple trees and lovely gardens. The food at the Coach Stop Inn is nothing short of outstanding. Let our award winning chef/owner dazzle you with spectacular 3 course gourmet breakfasts. Then return in the afternoon to indulge in some of Natalie’s artistic confections paired with the coffee and tea we have available for our guests 24 hours a day. All of our rooms and suites have queen beds fitted in the finest bedding, and private baths await with luxurious spa towels.
