This lovely 80 year-old duplex and its owners await your arrival. Two bedrooms provide double Murphy beds. Bathroom facilities are shared. On rainy days, take advantage of our disappearing beds to enjoy the spacious room, to laze around or to catch up on some reading. For the cyber-travelers, Wireless Internet connection is available as well as a PC if you left yours at home.

A basket of breakfast basics are provided to start your days during your visit: groceries include eggs, bread, cereals, jams, coffee and teas. Visit Montreal's Atwater Market for choice local delicacies.

The wonderful lofty city yard has 2 terraces, northern and southern. A parasol is at your disposal to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. Awaiting you in our garden is a huge catalpa, a magnificent shade tree, and Adirondack chairs for your leisure. A Catalpa dominates the garden. The blossoms are just out of this world; fragrant, colorful, and orchid-like. Once the blooms have disappeared, we are left with a wonderful shade tree, with large leaves, where a pair of Adirondack chairs await you for a peaceful read, meditation, or just for a look at the garden.

Toscane is a very sociable 8 year-old golden retriever. Regardless, she is not allowed within the B&B. She lives in the flat above the B&B along with her master, Ann. You may find her roaming around the garden but her master is never far. She adores spending time among the flowers and even helps her master to dig... not always where she should.
Area Attractions and Activities:
Our location is ideal for those who enjoy being close to downtown while sleeping in a quiet neighborhood. We are a short ride (10 minutes) by subway from Downtown Montreal. We are also surrounded by bicycle paths (the green lane), which allows you to visit Montreal at a leisurely pace.
The St-Laurent River is within walking distance. Beautiful waterfront park.
