Your hosts, Maureen and Ed Kuka, have combined the unique beauty of natural desert surroundings with traditional at-home warmth and nostalgia of antiques, quilts, dolls and cradles, and other well-loved treasures of days gone by.

Start your day with a substantial continental breakfast weekdays and home cooked on the weekend. Homemade breads and muffins are available every day. Relax in the outdoor comfort of a charming Southwest veranda, or watch a movie, or curl up with an engrossing book in the comfortable living room.

Browse the many unique antique stores, gift shops and art galleries in the old western town of Cave Creek (settled in 1870) or shop the upscale fashion boutiques and art galleries of downtown Scottsdale.

Tour the surrounding area on day trips to the Red Rocks of Sedona and the art galleries in the old mining town of Jerome. For the adventurous, visit Arizona's spectacular Grand Canyon.
