The Blue Belle Inn frequently hosts murder mysteries, horse-drawn sleigh and hay rides, our new Festive Fondue Feast, cooking, quilting and craft seminars, writer's retreats, and Ladies Night Inns. The Blue Belle is open to the public for lunch every day except Sunday, and dinner every Friday and Saturday night. We're happy to serve dinner to overnight guests any night of the week. Area Attractions and Activities: Our picturesque little town is known far & wide for it's distinctive shops featuring quilting fabrics, country furnishings, Victorian whimsy, crafts, antiques & bridal goods, and our teahouse. Rent a canoe & float down the Cedar River, or bike, golf, hike, hunt, or cross country ski along it's scenic greenbelt. Our quaint rural surroundings and friendly townfolk give visitors the opportunity to simply relax or visit our historic Norwegian church, vintage homes, gardens and ponds. The Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa, Austin, MN's Spam Jam, and the Diamond Jo Casino in Northwood, IA are nearby if you feel the need to take in some night life. We are 2 hours from the Mall of America and 1 hour from the Amish country and Rochester, MN.
