Keith Baltimore Designs, an established New York firm of over 15 years, carefully coordinated the use of the Sackman’s international art and furniture collection with new and engaging design elements.

The wine cellar is the cherished offspring of the Sackman’s personal wine collection. They have spent years selecting first growth Bordeaux and fine Burgundies, while fleshing out their collection with distinctive and unique wines from America, Italy, Spain and the rest of the world.

Of the many highlights at Keyah Grande, dining is at the top. Chef Pamela Hubbell's creations are inspired by the specialty ingredients she actively seeks. With each meal more memorable than the last, Pamela weaves flavors, tastes and aromas into every dish. Each meal is focused on flavors, tastes, sensations and aromas. These elements are woven together into individual culinary arrangements, adapted to the time of day and Keyah Grande’s evolutionary environment.

Sunny and Warm: Saddle up and begin to live life in the West. Tour the property and witness wildlife on our hiking trails. For the more adventurous, indulge in a guided horseback or ATV ride. Allow our guides to take you fly fishing at our stocked ponds, arrange for a lesson, learn new techniques or just get lost in the serenity of the experience.

Snowy and Brisk: Crisp morning air teases you out of bed, quickly awakening senses. Strap on snowshoes or cross-country skis for a peaceful tour on miles of trails throughout the property. Take a break by the covered bridge cabin, have lunch and a steamy mug of hot chocolate. Enjoy a guided snowmobile ride and absorb the beauty of Keyah Grande. Come back and soak in winter’s clarity while sitting in our hot tubs which will soothe chilled bones and happily sore muscles.
