This extraordinary, beautifully restored Victorian bed & breakfast is located within an acre of breath-taking gardens. It is ocean-close, located midway between LA and San Francisco. Also adjacent to wineries and near fabulous Hearst Castle.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Each window of the house is bordered in stained glass. This glass creates a "kaleidoscope" effect as sunlight streams into the home.

This Historic Inn boasts delicious, full breakfasts and large comfortable rooms...each with a private bath, radio/CD players, hairdryers, fluffy robes, down comforters, and quilts.

Fabulous garden weddings in our gazebo plus receptions in our acre of beautiful, flower-filled gardens!

Area Attractions and Activities:

This area has so much to offer! It is a natural paradise with beautiful scenery and a small population. We have miles of ocean and gorgeous hills and mountains. Miles of State Parks, National Forest and Land Concervancy properties offering tons of access to the area's natural beauty. We have both Southern California style beaches with surfing and kayaking, and Northern California style beaches with cliffs, arches, caves and swimming coves. Enjoy wine tasting, touring Hearst Castle, a hot soak in a mineral tub in the woods followed by a fabulous massage. Ride ATVs or hummers at the coastal dunes area or hike in the quiet protected portion of the dunes. Take in a round of world class golf at one of the 4 major courses within 15 minutes of the Inn. Road or mountain biking trails. Missions. Observe wildlife in its natural habitat - whales, monarchs, elephant seals, herons, pelicans. Shop the outlets or our quaint antique stores. Take breath-taking scenic drives. We truly have it all!
