The Santa Paula Inn in Ventura County has a rich historic past. Dave and Donna Stewart took a 1912 hotel that had been a brothel, home to bandits and ex-cons; and turned it into a Bed and Breakfast boutique lodging experience for the Southern California market.

Situated in one of Southern California's urban settings in a historic agricultural region in Ventura County, the Santa Paula Inn is a pedestrian friendly Bed & Breakfast lodging experience walking distance to restaurants, antique shops, live theater, museums and more.

Step outside our front door and walk historic Main Street for delicious food and antiques, gifts and museums. Santa Paula Inn has a unique location near Southern California's golden coast.

Sleep in Ventura County's newest premiere Bed and Breakfast. Our breakfast consists of an expanded continental in the European tradition, with freshly ground coffees' and teas, fresh baked breakfast breads and regional fruits grown right in our own county.

Area Attractions and Activities:

On your visit to the Inn, you will never run out of things to do. Santa Paula celebrates the "First Weekend" with a Friday night Car Show, Saturday at the California Oil Museum and Sunday at the Airport/Aviation Museum.

There is a murals tour and we provide free maps for the 3/4 mile walk around the city. Art shows (call for schedules), California Oil Museum, or Historic Train Depot, gift shops and antique stores, watch a performance at the historic Theater Center, go on an adventure along the hiking trails, try our Mountain View Golf Course, or visit many of the other exciting towns of Ventura, Fillmore and Ojai only a short drive away!

Most Popular Rooms:

South Mountain Room: Spacious with a king size bed. On the second floor, it has a view of Main Street, clock tower, and South Mountain. It is clean and cozy, with full cable television. Many of our rooms offer kitchenettes.
