Located on historic Daly Ave in downtown Ottawa, 2 blocks away from the University of Ottawa, Ottawa Congress Centre, the Government Conference Centre, and the Rideau Canal. A short walk to the Byward Market, National Gallery of Canada, Parliament Hill, Museum of Civilization and National Arts Centre.

The city has many wonderful recreational pathways where one can enjoy cycling, walking, in-line skating, and ice skating on the Rideau Canal and the Ottawa and Rideau Rivers.

The Gatineau Hills are within a 25 minute drive to a plethora of outdoor adventures including downhill and cross country skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and canoeing.
