Bed and Breakfast Description

Longacre Bed and Breakfast has five welcoming, generously sized guestrooms and one lovely suite. Each room has a distinctive layout and unique features, making all one of a kind.

With its spacious rooms, over two acres of gardens, boxwood-framed courtyards, and tea room, Longacre provides many possible settings for pictures of special events like weddings, anniversaries, and bridal showers. One of the most delicious parts of being a guest at Longacre is breakfast. We offer home made breakfast daily including baked goods, french toast, pancakes, cereals, quiche, and a variety of other southern dishes. With breakfast we serve coffee, tea, and fresh juice. We are happy to serve other breakfast foods if you request them in advance. We are also happy to accommodate any special dietary needs, as well; we ask only that you give us advance notice of any such needs.

Because Longacre is in Appomattox, a town located in the center of Virginia, it is surrounded by a wide variety of natural and historical attractions. The most famous nearby attraction is the Appomattox Courthouse National Historical Park, the famous site where the Civil War ended. There are numerous other attractions near by, making Longacre an excellent stop.
