One of Townsend, TN's crown jewels, Gracehill won three years in a row best scenic view from a B&B in the United States from Inn Traveler Magazine.

Gracehill is the highest home/accommodations in the county at 2500 feet. It sits adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The view is 360 degrees overlooking two counties and the Park.

Warm hospitality and attention to detail is the trademark of Gracehill, newly opened Thanksgiving of 2000. Imaginative and innovative, the exterior is cedar shake siding and 200 tons of mountain dry stack stone. The patios are local tumbled marble.

The landscaping starts on the approach, winding up the side of Little Round Top Mountain. Other than the formal rose garden the landscaping and water features are natural and blend into the woods. Gracehill won Blount County's 2003 coveted Bravo Award for beautiful gardens. Gracehill has enough verandas, patios, and gardens for each guest to sit and contemplate life in solitude. Your privacy is second only to the view.

The interior is light-filled with floor to ceiling windows, and has an eclectic blend of antiques. Tin ceilings, stacked stone, stained glass, original art, fireplaces, library, exercise room, and 12 foot ceilings are throughout. The atmosphere is gracious; the amenities are luxurious. Minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Townsend. In Townsend, you have the natural beauty and serenity of Cades Cove, a pioneer settlement in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Auto touring, hiking, biking, fly-fishing, tubing, caving, strolling the bike trail, white water rafting. Spend a day at leisure and feel you have stepped back in time.

You are eleven miles from a shop till you drop, experience in Pigeon Forge. Music theaters, antiquing, outlet malls, and Dollywood are but 20 minutes away. Fine restaurants, shopping, the aquarium, the arts and crafts community, and Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail are the best Gatlinburg has to offer.

Casablanca: An eclectic blend of American antiques in oak. Palm leaf fan, fireplace, whirlpool, flat screen TV, hunchback trunk, tapestries, wicker, & elephants finish off the room. French doors with an arched transom lead to a veranda w/priv seating.
