Bed and Breakfast Description

A showcase of architectural splendor, the Isabelle Inn B&B captures the essence of charm and hospitality in Southern Louisiana. Our 8,000 square foot home sits on seven lush, tropical acres along Bayou Teche and offers abundant activities for all ages. We also accommodate special events such as weddings, parties, retreats and more. Come experience this southern charmer for your next relaxing escape or special event.

Five luxurious bedrooms are available, each has a full private bath, and some have private access to the sweeping front and rear balconies where breakfast is occasionally served. We pride ourselves on having plush, well dressed beds that are comfortable and relaxing. Linens and towels are well-appointed. If the pillows are too soft, just let us know and we will happily switch them out for ones you prefer.

Amenities include an exercise room with a lovely view, a computer with online capability, printer, and fax, as well as a community phone located in the hall. We also have a wonderful seasonal pool.

We have many wonderful areas that provide beautiful backdrops for indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies and photo shoots. The great thing about these areas is they can be dressed-up formally or left alone to look natural.

Isabelle Inn provides many opportunities for creating life long memories with its naturally formal and simply elegant character. The atmosphere lends itself
to wonderful ambiance and fills you with great vibes.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Breaux Bridge has much to offer when it comes to fun activities with down-home flair.

Dining at a lovely cafe or restaurant along with a leisure stroll through our historic downtown makes for a wonderful outing. Mulates, the world famous Cajun restaurant within walking distance from the Inn, offers Cajun music and dancing seven days a week. Zydeco Breakfast at Café des Amis can be enjoyed every weekend.

You can also explore the fine antique and gift shops as well as art venues throughout Breaux Bridge.

Swamp tours on Martin Lake or the Atchafalaya Basin are a great way to spend the afternoon. Let's not forget, the Christmas Parade on Bayou Teche and the Crawfish Festival that people from all over come to experience.
