Bed and Breakfast Description

The Blue Gull Inn B&B is located in a quiet, Uptown residential neighborhood. It's a great location for walking to downtown shopping or movie theaters.

Comfortable atmosphere with light and airy country Victorian decor, and large covered front porch with Tennessee rockers.

Enjoy our beautiful gardens, wonderful breakfasts, and non-smoking environment. We are a 5 block walk to the downtown area with lots of great shops, fine dining and beaches.

We do a variety of country style breakfasts each morning at 9:00, often including our fabulous scones. Vegetarian or light eater? No problem, we serve our big breakfasts family style, always accompanied by fruit and muffins, so you may pick and choose. Warmth and hospitality await you in the large dining room with the garden view.

Our parlor is always available for our guests to relax and enjoy a homemade cookie or other special treat and cup of tea or coffee, read a book,chat with Innkeeper's about things to do in the area or look over the local restaurant menu’s we keep on hand. Our favorite local restaraunt is Lanza's Italian!

Angel room: Lends itself to the most romantic occasions with golden cherubs stenciled above the bed, and antique chandelier with dimmer to set the mood. The wonderful whirlpool tub is supplied with all the necessities for lots of squeaky clean fun!

We offer a suite of two rooms with adjoining doors done up in Magnolias and Roses. Enjoy two private baths, one with clawfoot tub, and an enclosed sun porch with garden access. Time to stop and smell the roses! On the entry level, great for groups of 3-5.
