The Guest House and Bed & Breakfast is located just east of Downtown in the heart of Seattle's trendiest neighborhood, Capitol Hill. We are walking distance from the Pike/Pine Corridor, Downtown Seattle, Convention Center, Madison Valley, Seattle University, SCCC, Harborview, Swedish & Group Health Hospitals. The Capitol Hill Guest House and Bed & Breakfast offers nightly and weekly rates. Depending on the season, monthly rates may be available.
