It is currently used as a living and commercial space, featuring 4 turrets, 3 living wings, elegant reception rooms, and a terrace. Following a year-long eleven room renovation and redecoration, the building is newly wirelessed and cabled to provide the latest in comfort.

Other nearby attractions are the Adirondack Mountains, Saratoga Springs, the Hudson River Valley, Lake George and Lake Placid.
