Bed and Breakfast Description

For five generations, the Hoyt Family has called East Madison, NH its home, welcoming guests to this tiny, beautiful corner of the world.

Purity Spring Resort offers 70 rooms spread among eight lodges, three cottages and two condominium buildings. Our accommodations include shorefront units with sweeping views of Purity Lake, cozy hillside retreats, spacious deluxe rooms with full views of King Pine Ski Area, classic country inn rooms and rustic economy lodging for value-minded visitors.

Our dining room is very informal and the attire is casual. Bed & Breakfast hospitality includes overnight lodging, breakfast and use of all resort facilities. A full country breakfast is served from 8-9:30 each morning.

This country inn was accommodating horse and buggy travelers before the turn of the century. It has had several renovations over the years and now has ten comfortable guest rooms, all with full bath. Also located in the Inn is a parlor with TV and fireplace, the resort's main dining room, and "The Cellar Door" (a lounge and recreation room).

For decades, guests have returned to Purity Spring Resort because of its picturesque location, relaxed atmosphere and boundless recreational opportunities. However, there's also been one other constant at the resort, which separates us from most other destinations... our summer recreation program!

Guests visiting in summertime enjoy our classic American Plan package, which includes meals, lodging, full use of our facilities and more than 90 hours of recreational programming each week!

When the snow falls, Purity Spring Resort becomes a winter wonderland. With family-friendly lodging, homestyle food and rustic White Mountains charm, it is the perfect place for a winter family getaway!

Families from across New England have called King Pine and Purity Spring Resort their winter destination for over 40 years! We offer great skiing and riding at an incredible value too! King Pine has 17 trails, 6 lifts, easy-to-navigate terrain and a spacious base lodge.
