Nestled proudly in Spokane's historic Browne's Addition, the meticulously restored Roberts Mansion celebrates its Victorian heritage in grand style. Suited as a Bed & Breakfast and Event facility, consider holding your wedding, or other event with us.

Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

Swathed in silks and velvet, the parlor is a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet moment or visit with friends. The ample seating and piano lend themselves well to parties, while the pocket doors and location offer privacy.

The Billiard Room with its massive mahogany billiard table, is original to the house. The room features a slide projector, a TV, a card playing area, a visiting cove and a plethora of games.

The library has immense windows draped in velvet that illuminate the room, beautiful inlaid floors and plush oriental carpets, a wonderful fireplace, a gorgeous hand-blown Georgian chandelier, and a pump organ.

Area Attractions and Activities:

The gardens and landscaping at the Mansion have been refurbished and represent the Victorian era with numerous sitting areas, arches, walkways, beautiful flower beds, and even a “secret garden” which lends itself to special tea parties and occasions with a wonderful flair.

Most Popular Rooms:

Rose Suite: A queen size mahogany sleigh bed graces the room. The private bath features vintage fixtures. Vanity makeup desk and a private bath. Overlooks the Carriage House and Rose Garden on one side and the Secret Garden on the other.

E. J. Roberts' Suite: Overlooks the Rose Garden and Carriage House. The king-size mahogany bed can be made into two twins. An original marble sink graces the room. This suite has a private bath with a clawfoot tub/shower.
