Bed and Breakfast Description

Our Berlin, Ohio Bed & Breakfast, is located in Holmes County Amish Country. It is a place where guests surround themselves in beautiful perennial gardens, butterflies and birds.

In the evening, enjoy a snack around the warm, crackling campfire with other guests.

We're located on a hill surrounded by Amish homesteads and yet we are only 1-2 miles from the nearest dining and shopping.

Choose from standard, deluxe-king and Jaccuzi rooms. From the upscale linens on your bed to the amenities in your bath to the bedside chocolates, you are sure to feel very special & pampered! One of the most favorite things of our regular guests is to have us map out an itinerary to Amish-owned candle makers, furniture makers, basket makers, general stores, and more. We'll also be happy to share of knowledge of the Amish community with you at our evening campfires.

Most Popular Rooms:

Garden Gate Suite: Luxury & elegance are the first things you think of when you walk through the door. Large, oak fireplace and corner Jacuzzi tub are 2 of the main features. The queen-size bed has 600-thread count sheets and a lambs wool comforter.

The Potting Shed: It’s as if you are stepping from one garden into another. The picket fence headboard is a guest favorite. Outside your window you may be greeted by a Clematis. When you need to take a break you will love the cushioned, glider rockers

Reservation Notes:

We want all of our guests to feel welcome and at home, however we do have some house rules: In compliance with the new Ohio non-smoking law, all indoor areas and areas in front of our common areas are non-smoking. We do not accept pets/animals. Due to costly cleaning expenses, any guest that violates the non-smoking/no pets policy is subject to a $200.00 cleaning fee. Guests that violate the Ohio non-smoking law may be fined up to $2500 by the State of Ohio. Guests must refrain from spraying room fresheners, perfumes, etc., that leave such an odor that the entire room must be cleaned from floor to ceiling to upholstery. Due to costly cleaning expenses, any guest that sprays such items in their guest room will be charged a $200.00 cleaning fee. We have a maximum of 2 people per guest room. Children must be at least 14 years of age. While we know that accidents cause minor damages to guest rooms from time to time, we will bill the credit card used to hold your room for any extensive damage to carpet, furniture, linens and/or room damages. By order of the Fire Marshall, guests may not burn candles in guest rooms.
