A distinguished 1874 townhouse designated "Cleveland Landmark No. 58" on The National Register of Historic Places.

As you approach The Brownstone Inn on Prospect Avenue, you will find it easily identifiable from the adjoining four Brownstone doors by the peacock blue double entrance doors at the top of the stone steps. And, just in front on the tree lawn, notice America’s largest Elm Tree dating to 1860 and designated by a plaque.

In the morning, I will personally serve you a traditional American breakfast in a pleasant formal dining room where you can be casual and enjoy the other guests. A well-stocked kitchenette is available any hour of the day or night.
