Bed and Breakfast Description

Alexandra's Bed and Breakfast Inn was originally known as the Cheseldine House and was built in 1873 by the Cheseldine Family. This historic home in Madison County is located on Main Street in downtown London, OH, located less than 30 minutes from Columbus, Dayton and Springfield, OH. It is a spacious house with 16 rooms and includes 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms for the guests in the Main House and our 2 Carriage Houses.

Its Victorian decor and beautiful antiques create a unique and peaceful atmosphere. Whether you want to get away for a relaxing romantic weekend getaway, organize a company retreat, or simply spend a night while traveling, Alexandra's is truly picture perfect in every way.

Cable TV/VCR/DVD, wireless internet, 3 porches for lounging, a special dining facility by reservation, Jacuzzi tub, good hospitality, full breakfast.

The Carriage House Vacation Rental and American Youth Hostel is another lodging accommodation located on the property. Available for both short and long-term rental for groups up to 15, The Carriage House is ideal for those who enjoy mountain biking, on the Rails to Trails, or who prefer additional privacy, including use of the Jacuzzi tub.

The York and Carriage House are beautiful and elegantly decorated with antiques, other decor, and a 2 person Jacuzzi tubs that awaits your special memory, anniversary or wedding night. With DVD, cable, wireless internet, private baths and more.

The Roosevelt Room: Beautiful and filled with pre-1910 antiques. The room has a king size bed and a two person jacuzzi. Just off the room is a special porch with a swing that overlooks the view of the magnificent homes that surround Alexandra's B&B.
