By the breakfast hour , you will be anxiously awaiting Ms. Betty's variety of offerings, delectable Baked French Toast, served with her special hot buttered pecan maple syrup, specially seasoned link sausage, and Canadian bacon, or her flavorful "Tex-Mex" breakfast casserole, or maybe Mr. Bill's fantastic scrambled eggs and sausage gravy! A special fruit parfait or fresh fruit plate will also be served, and of course, chilled orange juice, coffee, and hot tea as well. Our guests enjoy lingering over a full gourmet breakfast, served family style in our spacious kitchen.

Drive to nearby Glen Rose to visit the Dinosaur Valley State Park, Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, or the Texas Amphitheater where the Promise is featured June through October.
