Bed and Breakfast Description

In the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, the Grandview Gardens B&B and Coco Palm Cottage Vacation Rental are located in the Grandview Heights Historic Neighborhood.

Nestled in a tropical garden on Howard Park across from the Armory Art Center, this historic 1924 home has been carefully restored. It reflects the original Spanish Mediterranean architecture inspired by many famous architects in South Florida over the last century.

The accommodations offer a luxurious and yet homey atmosphere featuring private entrances and terraces for all guest suites. In addition to the B&B lodging, guests have the option to rent a separate vacation rental, the historic 1925 Bermuda style Coco Palm Cottage.

All accommodations, each accessible with a private entrance, are spacious with approximately 400 sq. ft. (35 sqm) and have French doors opening to private terraces overlooking the swimming pool. Each guest suite is individually decorated to reflect the style of the Spanish Mediterranean house and features a king size bed or two queen beds, a desk, a walk-in closet and a sitting area with sofa and arm chair.

Area Attractions and Activities:

City Place, the rejuvenated city center with its restaurants, theaters, sidewalk cafes, nightclubs and boutiques, is 5 minutes walking distance. The Palm Beach County Convention Center, Palm Beach Atlantic University, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the famous resort island of Palm Beach are a few of the main attractions in the immediate vicinity.

Further attractions within walking distance are the Armory Art Center, the Norton Museum of Art, Antique Row and the many leisure and sports facilities in Howard Park.
