Bed and Breakfast Description

Wake up to the aroma of sweet rolls and coffee. Enjoy a full country breakfast with fresh fruit and something freshly baked from our oven.

We are a four season area near the Green Mountain National Forest. Guests enjoy biking, fishing, hiking, skiing and snowmobiling. Many simply enjoy the quiet, bucolic setting, antiquing or photographing farms, covered bridges, mountain streams and lakes.

Enjoy our artistic and cultural attractions including the Marlboro Music Festival, Memorial Hall and numerous art galleries and craft shows in the Wilmington area.

Have afternoon tea on our wraparound porch as you watch hummingbirds at the fuchsia. In the evening, you can have dinner at one of the area's fine restaurants or pubs, or stargaze from the gazebo by the pond with a glass of fine wine.

Guests enjoy spacious bedrooms featuring private baths and romantic fireplaces with morning aromas of homemade muffins and delicious country breakfast.

We are near the Appalachian Trail, 4 miles from Lake Whitingham and 15 miles from Mt. Snow ski and golf course.

Area Attractions and Activities:

We are about 15 miles from Mount Snow and less to Haystack skiing or mountain biking. A network of snowmobile trails are immediately accessible from the property, and we are just a few miles from boating and fishing at Lake Whitingham.

The Green Mountain National Forest, with its hiking trails including the famous Long and Appalachian Trails, is just a short distance away. Then there is always shopping and fine dining in Wilmington and nearby Manchester. Marlboro Music and sleigh rides.
