McKinley House B&B

On the National Road. In 1872 George Green McKinley, one of the contractors of the famed National Road, built a 14 room Italianate style house for his family. The house is built of red brick made on site from clay dug at nearby Croy Creek.

The House is available for private parties, luncheons, high teas, retreats and family gatherings. Also consider using the McKinley House when celebrations are due, because we are an ideal spot to hold your bridal and baby showers. We also love to have guests for special holiday dinners, and Murder Mysteries are a favorite at the McKinley House.

The Victorian room is filled with antiques. The heavily carved east-lake style bed is a comfortable queen size. Take a bubble bath in the claw-foot tub.
