Bed and Breakfast Description

The Inn is set in the picture-perfect northern Pocono Mountains and offers you a relaxed country setting, elegant rooms, and superb dining -- all in a casual, informal atmosphere.

Our front doors open onto a large entrance hall, flanked on the left by a spacious main dining room, and on the right by our cozy lounge and bar, and the intimate side porch.

The second and third floors also feature large central halls, with five guestrooms/suites on each floor. All rooms offer a private bath and cable TV. Our two-room suites include a gracious sitting room.

In the early part of this century, Milford boasted over 30 resort hotels and Inns. The Laurel Villa is one of the few remaining, and is now the second oldest Inn in Milford, Pennsylvania. It has been owned by one family, longer than any other Inn within the Milford area.

Along the way, it has served as a stagecoach stop, as the summer home of the Ensemble Studio Theatre, and as a residence for many visiting soap opera stars performing at the Milford Theatre.

Most Popular Rooms:

Room #1: Sunny corner room with a four poster king size bed, private bath, A/C and color tv. This room overlooks the front garden.
