Bed and Breakfast Description

Our wrap-around front porch as well as the many decks and balconies allow guests the opportunity to truly appreciate the beauty of nature up close and unspoiled while enjoying a premier bed and breakfast voted as one of “New England’s Best”. Enjoy the antics of the chipmunks or marvel at the grace of a butterfly as it soars through the flower gardens. Count the wild turkeys that parade across the back yard.

The inn offers six comfortable and spacious guest rooms, each uniquely decorated with antique and reproduction furnishings, warm hardwood floors with oriental carpets, private baths with tub and shower and working gas fireplaces, TV and DVD Player. A handicapped accessible bedroom is available. Club room on lower level with pool table and wide screen TV.

All room rates include a full multi-course gourmet breakfast served several times through the morning to accommodate various guest schedules. All rooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and wireless Internet access as well.

The Inn is a combination of outstanding architectural features, common areas and private nooks where you can rest, relax or just have fun. The front entry is graced by a hand carved spiral staircase leading to the second level. Our spacious living room offers comfortable chairs for reading, relaxing, and planning area activities.

Property next to State Park where hundreds of marked trails for hiking,biking and snowshoeing. Picnic lunches available at Ivory Creek.

Most popular room at Ivory Creek is the DELFT Room which has a queen bed and an additional single, high cathedral ceilings with arched windows, fireplace and private bath. Sunny and bright. Watch the stars from your bed. Set apart from other rooms.

The ROSE Room is a private getaway with its location over the Ivory Creek where you can hear the tumbling water, king bed, fireplace with mantle made from antique Victorian porch pieces, private bath with vanity constructed from a vintage dresser.
