Bed and Breakfast Description

We invite your family or group of up to six persons to stay in our Four Bedroom Guest Suite as our only visitors. Children, infants and pets are welcome.

Please come and relax. Enjoy the comfort and traditional Cape Cod ambience of our three bedrooms, Delft tiled bathroom with tub, living room, kitchen, walk-in pantries, laundry room, and screened porch. We have four fireplaces. There is an enclosed hot shower outside for use after walking home from the beach. We have free wireless Internet service.

The front entrance is locked for guest use only. The front hallway contains a good collection of local interest and kids books and some antique toys. It connects directly to the Southeast master bedroom and the Southwest bedroom.

The living room has a separate outside entrance from the side of the house and is furnished with a couch, chairs, 27" cable TV, antique desk, and a heirloom grandfather's clock. The fireplaced living room connects to all three bedrooms and the kitchen.

A full, custom breakfast is served in the kitchen by Marcus and Lynette from 7:30 to 8:30am each morning.

You may enjoy reading and relaxing in the screened porch with a love seat, chairs and tables. Each of our guests is welcome to join us for a free sailing excursion aboard our 34 foot sailboat, the Catboat Eventide.

Free Sailboat rides for all guests on our 34' Catboat (www.catboat.com). Our quiet neighborhood is conveniently located near two beautiful warm saltwater beaches on Nantucket Sound, 4/10 mile from Orin Keyes Beach (Sea St. Beach) and 1/2 mile from Hyannis Port East Beach. We are 7/10 mile from the Hyannis Port Post Office and the Kennedy family neighborhood.

Excellent dining, shopping and entertainment are only 6/10 mile away on Main St., Hyannis. Just one and 3/10 miles away at the Ocean Street Docks you can go on a sightseeing cruise of Hyannis and Hyannis Port Harbors, go fishing on any of several charter or party boats or catch a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard.

The Master Bedroom: Warmly furnished with a queen size four post canopy bed with luxurious 300 count linens and fine feather pillows, antique bureau and hutch with antique books, chairs, chests, and Oriental carpets. It has a fireplace.

The Southwest Bedroom: Also connects directly to the front hallway and is furnished with two twin beds, bureau, chairs and bedside tables. It has a fireplace and a large bookcase of nautical books and popular novels.

Reservation Notes:

We will hold your reservation based on a credit card guarantee by phone or e-mail. (Master Card, Visa or American Express).The credit card guarantee secures your reservation while we await your check. After your reservation request is accepted please send a deposit check for at least 50% Payable to: Marcus Sherman Mail to: Marston Family B&B 70 Marston Ave. Box 458 Hyannis Port, MA 02647-0458 Full balance due is payable upon arrival. For payment of deposit and balance due, we request personal checks, cash, or traveler's checks. Cancellations: 90% of your deposit will be refunded if you notify us 2 weeks in advance that you will not be able to stay at the B&B as reserved. Deposits or cancellations received within 2 weeks of arrival are non refundable. On shorter notice, we will make a 90% refund only if we are able to re-rent your room. In the event of a no show, the deposit will be forfeited and the balance due will be charged to your credit card
