Bed and Breakfast Description

Two beautiful properties in the historic district of Nantucket on Fair and India Streets, within walking distance to galleries, shops, restaurants, the harbor, and ferry docks.

Eight miles away, a mini-complex includes ten rose covered cottages, a white clapboard building with a gracious front porch overlooking the ocean, which houses the inn's office and the main restaurant, and an oceanside luncheon restaurant nestled in the dunes adjoining a never crowded beach.

All cottages, guestrooms and suites at the Sconset, Fair, and India Street locations are luxuriously decorated with handpainted floral designs giving them a special Nantucket ambience. Country pine antiques, white eyelet sheets and comforters, Summer House signature amenities and terry cloth robes complement the surroundings.

An expansive continental breakfast is included in the daily room rates at all locations, served on the porch in Sconset and in the gardens at Fair and India Streets, weather permitting as well as in your room at your request.
