Our 15 room mansion, built circa 1780, features six deluxe guest accommodations appointed with period antiques as well as all modern amenities including private bathrooms, air conditioning, and cable television with a 1500 dvd library for your use.

Lovely perennial gardens, ancient stone walls and towering evergreens surround the estate, which is in the heart of Spencer's Historic District. Original wide-board pine floors, chair rails and crown moldings have been lovingly restored to their original beauty.

Awaken to elegant gourmet breakfasts served on fine china in front of the beehive fireplace, in the charming dining room. Enjoy freshly brewed Colombian coffee, gourmet teas, juices, fresh fruit. All our baked goods are fresh from The Red Maple Inn's kitchen. Specialties are: Eggs Benedict, Omelets with Pepper Brie & Wild Mushrooms, Creme Fraiche and Caviar, Sausage and Cheddar, and other scrumptious combinations. We can also accommodate Atkins, Weight Watchers and low fat healthy choices.

Wednesday nights we feature "Dinner & A Movie," 3 course gourmet dinner with introduction of a classic film chosen by AIF member, John Bills
$25 pp and a 10% discount if you choose to stay the night.

Most Popular Rooms:

The Romantic Peach Room: A popular favorite for anniversaries, honeymooners, and plain romantics. Roses, chocolate dipped strawberries or bubbly by request. Featuring a beautiful canopy four poster bed, original art work and a decorative fireplace.

The Cottage: Inspired by the romantic summer cottages on Nantucket, this sun-filled room is decorated in buttercup yellow and French blue toile. The bedroom extends to a sitting room with gas fireplace and daybed.

Any violation of this policy will result in a cleaning/fumigating expense charged to the responsible party's credit card account.
