Bed and Breakfast Description

A four-season destination resort-inn ideal for vacations, weddings, family reunions, business meetings, retreats, sports outings and special events. Dexter's Inn is unlike any other. The relative seclusion ensures a private, relaxing, peaceful setting.

The hilltop location provides magnificent views of Lake Sunapee, Mount Sunapee and the surrounding countryside. Our numerous common rooms and many on-site activities provide ample space and opportunities for socializing and recreation, while our charming guest bedrooms allow for privacy and personal space.

Dexter's Inn features three tennis courts, a swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, lawn games, a game room, a kids' play room, a library and 20 acres, which guests utilize for hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding. Just minutes away from downhill skiing, golf, fishing, boating, shopping and cultural activities.

For overnight accommodations there are 17 guest bedrooms each with a private bath, and a two-bedroom cottage ideal for larger families or groups. Easily accessible by car, plane and train.
