Located 72 miles west of Manhattan, nestled in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, Santosha on the Ridge is a secluded sanctuary where you can relax and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.

Santosha comes from the Sanskrit word meaning “contentment”, and we expect that you will not only find contentment in the intimate surroundings of our home, but also within yourself.

Leslie opened Yoganamaste Studio in October 2004. If you like, participate in a restorative Yoga class with Leslie Underhill, E-RYT, and begin to experience total body relaxation to relieve stress and restore health. In addition to her training in Spanda Yoga, spandayoga.com, Leslie has completed training with Judith Lasater and is a Level 1 Relax and Renew Trainer.

The Sunrise Room gives breathtaking views of the Delaware River Valley, gardens, ponds and also offers an in suite large soaking hot tub. King size bed with ten foot dome windows framing the tall old growth majestic pines.

The Riverview Room offers a queen size bed with a nine foot domed window overlooking the Delaware River Valley. In suite private bath with wi-fi access.
