Federal House Inn boasts 5 guestrooms and suites with the utmost in amenities. All have queen size beds with luxurious pillow top mattresses. Nestle in to a great night's sleep in 300 thread count linens, enjoy plush robes and towels, cozy sitting areas. All rooms now with private baths! A basket of amenities can be found in all five rooms for your convenience.

Our Gathering room, with its antique coal "wood" burning stove takes you back to the grandeur of the Federal period, when life was tranquil. The Library, with a Soapstone topped wood stove, computer with high speed Internet, (whole house has Wireless Internet) TV/VCR/DVD and large overstuffed furniture, invites relaxation after a busy day.

Most Popular Rooms:

Room 6, The John Adams Suite: With large wide pine floors, this room features a queen Sleigh bed, side tables, high back chairs & a desk with chair. The room also has a private bath with stall shower and a grand view of the landscaped and wooded property.

Room 2, Harry's Room is one of the smaller rooms but a favorite with those who seek value and a second floor location. Warmly decorated, it offers a view of the private back yard and enchanting woods. Private bath next door in hallway.
