Bed and Breakfast Description

The Blue Mountain Mist is a distinguished Smoky Mountain inn where luxury, history and nature abound. We offer beautiful views; romantic rooms, suites and cabins, homemade Southern breakfast, relaxation, and the ultimate in mountain hospitality. All of this just minutes from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Our twelve guest rooms and five cottages include amenities such as big two-person, bed-side Jacuzzis, sitting areas, fireplaces, handmade heirloom quilts, antique furniture, historic photos, original artwork, and many more unique features in each.

We also have the perfect setting for a Weddings, Church Retreats or Business Retreats.

Our inn sets on sixty acres in the beautiful foothills of the Tennessee Smoky Mountains near Gatlinburg. Wake in the morning to gaze at the colorful sunrise over the mist covered mountains. Take a nap in a shady hammock without a care in the world. Take a hike along our trail and soak up all the smells and songs of the mountains. Or discover one of our many "hiding" places to unwind with your loved one.

Area Attractions and Activities:

The Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn is only a few minutes from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There are tons of outlet stores and amusement rides, music theatres and restaurants. For nature lovers there is horseback riding and the Great Smoky Mountains which offers some of the best hiking and scenery in the world. There is also a large number of local artisans with galleries full of mountain crafts, paintings, and pottery.

Most Popular Rooms:

Queen Ann’s Lace Cottage: The queen bed is draped in lace and pink and purple chiffon. The antique fireplace mantle, Victorian-styled furnishings and black and white kitchen take you back to days of old fashioned chivalry. 2-person Jacuzzi.

Honeysuckle: Beautiful pine paneled interior. Also boxed in pine is the large 2-person Jacuzzi where you can soak away your worries. Suspended over the brass bed is a mosquito netting, which gives that extra ambience of romance.
