It is a traditional dry heat Finnish therapeutic sauna, but extra humidity and aromatherapy may be added. Deep relaxation soothes your aches and detoxifies your body. Follow up with a cool shower in your room and a Jacuzzi if you are staying in The Wood Duck or Burrowing Owl's Nest. Sarah is a certified Aromatherapist, and will work with you to create a personal aromatherapy blend.
