Architectural features include timbered ceilings with latilas, cool brick floors, kiva fireplaces in common areas, a tranquil interior patio with waterfall, and the guests' favorite gathering place - La Sala (Great Room).

Outside, you will enjoy a high desert rose garden, Portales (lush shaded courtyards) and a hot tub. Wildlife such as pheasants, quail, roadrunners, butterflies and a variety of birds are commonly seen. For the energetic, La Posada offers walking, jogging and a running trail.



Area Attractions and Activities:

This region of central New Mexico, comprised of Albuquerque, Corrales and Santa Fe, is central to many of New Mexico's historic sites. Many of these sites can be one-day trips to and from La Posada de Corrales in and around Sandoval County.

Old Town Albuquerque offers museums, galleries, sightseeing, Indian art and many wonderful restaurants. While in downtown, you must see the Zoo, Aquarium and Botanic Gardens.
